This pure silk lace is dreamily smooth and soft, it`s almost so smooth you can’t feel it! This yarn shines, it has a very white base, and it sucks up the dye and speckles well. Deep rich colours can be achieved. High heat and pH can dull silk; however we have not had any problems with the reduction in shine in our tests, it seems to gleam no matter what.

This yarn blocks beautifully and has the ultimate drape that only silk can achieve. For the softest neck pieces or shawls this is the yarn. It would also make lovely wedding accessories. We have also used it for a thicker shiny embroidery thread as it is very hard wearing.
